Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. Spamming, whether or not it overloads the Services or disrupts service to eTailElectronics Subscribers, is prohibited. The term "spamming" includes, but is not limited to, the sending of unsolicited bulk and/or commercial message over the Internet or maintaining an open SMTP policy. eTailElectronics reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether e-mail recipients were from an opt-in email list.
Misrepresentation of Transmission Information
Forging, misrepresenting, omitting, or deleting message headers, return mailing information and/or Internet protocol addresses to conceal or misidentify the origin of an message is prohibited.
Billing and Payment.
Returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 charge.
Ordering Details:
Normal Ground Shipping 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Policy: Returns will not be accepted without an RA (return authorization) number. Please fill out our Return Form. Refund on the product price-30 days. 20% restock fee may apply. Defective merchandise will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Restocking fee does not apply to defective merchandise that is exchanged. No refunds/returns on refurbished items.
Credit cards will not be charged until the order is ready to ship.
Televisions 24 inches and larger cannot be returned to eTailElectronics.com. Only the manufacturer or a service center designated by the manufacturer will provide warranty coverage, which may include refund, repair or replacement service.
Certain items such as earbuds, razors, and any item that may be considered a potential health hazard cannot be returned for refund. They can only be returned for replacement if defective.
Canadian Shipping may be subject to Import taxes.
